The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a request to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial as the part evidence is already recorded.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than 4 and 1⁄2 years and the part evidence is already recorded, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the trial, as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
