The learned APP submits that in the present case two witnesses are examined by the prosecution. The trial has been expedited. The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant submits that Dindoshi Sessions Court had expedited the matter. The applicant is praying for a time bound trial. Upon failure to hold time-bound trial, the applicant is also praying for transfer of the case to any other Sessions Court. The said transfer cannot be granted in an application seeking bail. 23.ba893.15.sxw seeking bail need not be considered. The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant has insisted that the accused is entitled to an expeditious trial as it is his fundamental right. Since the trial is already expedited, the said submission need not be considered. The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant has put in best of his efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. The professional fees is quantified at Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the learned Counsel within 3 months from today.
