None present for the applicant. The learned APP submits that in the present case i.e. in Sessions Case No. 913 of 2012, the charge has been framed. Witness summons are issued. The case is posted for substantive evidence on 6th August, 2015. It is also submitted that Talwalkar 1/2

The learned APP also submits that on 3/2/2015 co-accused in Sessions Case No. 913 of 2012 had withdrawn the application before this Court (Coram : P.D. Kode, J(Retired)) The Hon'ble Court was pleased to expedite the trial and had requested the learned Sessions Court to conclude the trial as far as possible by October, 2015. In view of this, the application being sans merits is rejected. The same disposed of accordingly.

In view of disposal of the Criminal Application No. 894 of 2015, nothing survives in Criminal Application No. 561 of 2015. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
