Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre, J.) has granted bail to the Applicant, while imposing condition this Court has imposed condition that, Applicant shall attend concerned Police Station on every Monday till the trial is concluded. 60-ia-1513-2023 in ba-2151-2021.doc further submitted that, trial has commenced and charge has been framed. It is finding difficult for him to attend the Court date's and Police Station. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.

The learned APP submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both learned counsel. As trial has been commenced, hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The Condition No.(ii) of order dated 25th October 2021 is modified as under :- "The Applicant shall attend concerned Police Station once in three months between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., till conclusion of the trial". (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) N.S. Kamble page 2 of 2
