Heard. The petitioner is challenging an order externing him under the provisions of Section 56 (1)(A) (B) of the Bombay Police Act. Mr. Killedar, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that against the said order, an appeal is maintainable under Section 60 of the Bombay Police Act. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the present petition. Uday S. Jagtap

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order by filing an appeal before the appropriate authority. In the event, such appeal along with an application for stay is filed within one week from today, the stay application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks, from the date of filing of the said application. 3.
