In furtherance of Orders dated 18th September, 2021 and 15th November, 2021, the learned Mediator Mr. Anoshak Daver through the learned Advocate for the Applicant has forwrded its original final report of mediation dated 6th December, 2021 alongwith two copies i.e. one original and one photo copy of the Consent Terms dated 6th December, 2021 entered into between the Applicant and Respondent No.2 herein. Both copies of the Consent Terms are signed by the Applicant and Respondent No.2. Their signatures are duly 1/2

Vina Khadpe (27).ABA.870.2019.odt identified by their respective Advocates. Both the copies of the said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X1" and "X2" for identification. 2.

In view of paragraph 3 of the Consent Terms, the learned Advocate for the Applicant has tendered a Demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India bearing No.135199 dated 4th December, 2021 for Rs.60,00,000/- in favour of Respondent No.2 (Priya Pinto Rodrigues), and handed it over to the Advocate for Respondent No.2, today in Court. A photo copy of the same is produced on record.

The undertakings mentioned in the said Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The basic disputes has arisen out of the matromonial discord which gave rise to the filing of present crime against Appilicant - Husband. As the parties herein have settled the matter amicably, this Court is of the view that, the interim relief granted by Order dated 10th April, 2019 deserves to be confirmed and is accordingly confirmed.

Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed in the above terms. 6.

In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application, Interim Application No.606 of 2021 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. 7.

All the concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
