By the order impugned the Tahsildar has imposed the penalty of Rs.9,56,66,550/- on the Petitioner for illegal excavation of 18795 brass of murum/earth.

As the remedy of appeal is available against the order impugned, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed.

3.

Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Appellate authority.
