Prayer made in this petition received through jail is for expediting the hearing of the case of the petitioner pending before the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crimes Court (MCOC Court) at Pune.
We direct the registry to forward a copy of this petition received from the petitioner through jail which is numbered as Writ Petition to the concerned MCOC Court. The concerned Court shall treat the copy of the petition as an application made by the petitioner and after hearing all concerned parties, decide the prayer made for expediting the hearing of the case of the petitioner.
Petition is disposed of on above terms.
