Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

This is an application for restoration of the appeal, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, upon perusing the averments in Paragraphs 2 to 6, the delay is condoned and the order dated 08.12.2014 dismissing the appeal for non-prosecution is hereby recalled. 4.

The Second Appeal (ST) No.20566 of 2014 is restored. 5.
