1] This is an application for return of passport to travel abroad from 15th May 2017 to 14th June 2017 to United Kingdom.

2] By an Order dated 14th September 2017, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit her passport with the Investigating Officer on or before 16th September 2016. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicant has complied with the said directions and deposited her passport with the Investigating Officer.

3] In the preset application, the applicant in para-5 has given her itinerary about her visit to United Kingdom. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that the Investigating Agency has no objection to return the passport to applicant for a limited period. In view thereof, the applicant

Dond appp.371-2017.sxw is entitled for return of her passport for a period from 11th May 2017 to 15th June 2017.

Hence, the following Order:

(i) The passport of the applicant be returned to her on or before 10th May 2017.

(ii) The applicant shall deposit her passport with the Investigating Officer within four days i.e. 18th June 2017 after her return back to India on or before 15th June 2017.

(iii) The applicant shall submit her itinerary to the Investigating Officer at the time of retaining passport.

(iv) The applicant is permitted to file separate application for permanent retaintion of passport which will be decided on its own merits. (v) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
