The learned counsel for the Applicant after arguing for some time

2/2 907-aba.603.2015 seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He states that the applicant will surrender before the Appropriate Court, within one week from today, after giving notice to the concerned Police Station, with regard to the date and time of surrender.

The Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

It is made clear, that the concerned Court shall decide the Application for regular bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application. 4.

In view of the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.603 of 2015, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No.392 of 2015 does not survive and the same is also disposed of. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
