Mr. Jaykar for the Petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied by Respondent No.1 and 2 and nothing survives in the present Criminal Writ Petition. Respondent No.1 and 2 who are the sons of the Petitioner are present in the Court, they through their counsel submit to this Court that the undertaking given by them on the earlier occasion to this Court that they would be paying Rs.8,000/- each to the Petitioner every Amol D. 904.CRI.WP1883.2023.doc month on 10 day of the month by an online transfer to the Petitioner's bank account, will be complied by them, that is an undertaking given by them to this Court, which will be followed till further orders of the Court.

The undertaking given by Respondent No.4 who is also son of the Petitioner that he would also be paying Rs.8,000/- thousand to the Petitioner/Mother every month on the 10 day of the month by an online transfer. The said undertaking will also continue till further orders.

The distress warrant which was issued on the earlier occasion stands cancelled. The Skoda Rapid vehicle bearing No.DD-03,G-1871, which was seized by the Mumbai Police on 1 November 2023, be handed over back to Respondent No.1-Sagar Harish Sharma.

In view of the order been complied with, the distress warrant and non bailable warrant be quashed and cancelled. 5.

In view of the order, being complied nothing survive in the present Criminal Writ Petition, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.
