Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.

This Application is moved for condonation of delay in filing the Civil Revision Application (St.) No. 29547 of 2017. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is a delay of 5 days in filing the Civil Revision Application and hence the delay be condoned.

The learned Counsel for the respondent submits to the orders of this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the delay of 5 days is condoned.

Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. 7.

Civil Revision Application be registered. Place the Civil Revision Application for admission on 13th June, 2018. 8.

The learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that in connecting Civil Revision Application No. 32 of 2018, this Court has granted stay by order dated 12th April, 2018 till 13th June, 2018. Hence, he prays similar relief in this Application. 9.

In view of the above, interim stay is granted till the next date i.e., 13th June, 2018.
