The petitioner claims that his caste validity certificate is pending before Respondent No. 2 since 2010. It is also stated that the matter has been heard finally on 20th December, 2017 but still the final order has not been passed.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.2 Committee to consider and decide the Petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible, but in any case, not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
