Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of one year and 108 days in filing the aforesaid Revision Application.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for five years for the offence punishable under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code. She submitted that the Applicant, being an illiterate person could not approach this Court in time.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the delay of one year and 108 days in filing the aforesaid revision Application is condoned.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
