Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondents. Prayer clauses (b) and ( c) are the only substantive reliefs sought in this writ petition which read thus:- (b) This Honourable Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to submit the report about the interview of the Petitioner taken on 21/09/2015 for the pps

2 wp 13092-16.doc reappointment of the post of President District Consumer Forum;

(c) This Honourable Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to re-appoint the Petitioner on any of the vacant posts of the President of District Consumer Forum;" 2.

Today, the learned AGP has produced for our perusal, a document showing that the Petitioner was called for interview and his case was considered by the Committee for re-appointment. The Committee unanimously decided not to recommend the name of the Petitioner for re-appointment as the President of District Consumer Forum. Thus, the case of the Petitioner has been considered for reappointment and the Petitioner was found as not suitable. 3.

Therefore, both the prayers are worked out and nothing survives in this Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.) pps
