On 18th April, 2017 this Court (Coram : N.M.Jamdar, J.) had directed the Applicant husband to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- as litigation expenses within a period of two weeks from the date of the order and had also directed notice to be served to the Respondent returnable on 7th June, 2017 i.e. today. The Applicant was also permitted to serve private notice through Registered Post A.D./Speed Post/Fax/Email and file affidavit of Service before the returnable date. 2.

The Applicant has till date not deposited the amount of Rs.10,000/-, has not served private notice to the Respondent and has also not supplied memo copies to the court office to enable the Office to effect service on the Respondent.
