It is submitted that perusal of the statement given by the complainant on 28/11/2014 itself shows that the relationship was consensus. Our attention is also invited to a document dated 01/12/2014 allegedly lodged by the respondent to Investigating Officer to show that in that document it is mentioned that in rage of anger she has lodged the complaint against the petitioner. 3.
The cognizance of the FIR was already taken and nilegaonkar 1/2
33-wp-1615.2016.odt chargesheet also filed. Today the trial court is at the stage of framing of charge.

We do not see any extra ordinary situation which necessitates exercise of jurisdiction under section 482 of Cr.P.C. by this court.
