Mr. Walawalkar, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners, in fairness, points out that the impugned order passed under Section 70(A) of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 can be challenged by way of an application to the court as provided in Section 72 of the Bombay Public Trusts Act

Dusane 2/2 wps6559-6282 and seeks to withdraw the petitions. Since the impugned order is covered by Section 72 of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, the petitions are allowed to be withdrawn. The petitioners may resort to the remedy provided under Section 72 of the Bombay Public Trusts Act.
