Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of this petition challenging the interim order of maintenance, the main proceedings have been finally decided. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune vide judgment and order dated 28th June, 2016 has allowed the application filed by the respondent No. 1 under Sections 12, 19, 17, 18, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
