Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel to Srilanka for 15 days, any time between 5th May, 2018 to 30th May, 2018. 3.
Perused the papers. The applicant is a Government servant and has been granted interim protection by this Court in the aforesaid Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1728 of 2017. It appears that the applicant intends to travel to Srilanka for 15 days as a tourist. SQ Pathan 1/2

Leaned A.P.P on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, states that she has no objection if the application is allowed. 5.
For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed on the following terms :
(i) The applicant is permitted to travel to Srilanka any time between 5th May, 2018 to 30th May, 2018;
(ii) The applicant shall furnish his itinerary and details of the places/addresses, where he will be residing during the aforesaid period along with the telephone numbers to the concerned Investigating Officer before leaving India;
(iii) The applicant shall inform the concerned Police Station of his return within two days of his arrival.

Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
