The applicant- Tycoons Avanti Projects LLP has moved this application for clarification of the order passed by this Court on 5th May 2015. Learned counsel submits that the applicant has undertaken MHADA redevelopment project. They have already shifted 180 tenants from the site and are paying monthly rent to the tune of Rs.15.93 lakh to 177 tenants who have shifted since last seven years. The subject

skn 2/2 77.15-cai.sxw premises is demolished in September 2014. The applicant has filed application to consider the proposal of I.O.D. and C.C. to the Corporation. Mr.Rao, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation does not dispute this submission.

We have perused the record and considered the submissions advanced. It is clarified that the applicant's proposal be assessed on its own merits by the Corporation.
