DATE : 4 MARCH, 2024 P.C. :- This interim application is filed to bring on record the proposed legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3. 2.

Mr.Jangam, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the proposed legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3 are

2/3 already on record as respondent nos. 4, 5 and 34. He submits that they have already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 34.

Heard. I have gone through the interim application. The case is made out to allow this interim application. 4.

Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (d). 5.

The respondent nos. 4, 5 and 34 should also be shown as the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3. 6.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Interim application is disposed of accordingly. 8.

The Registry to issue notice to the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 34, returnable on 1 April, 2024.

Apart from the Court notice, the appellant is also permitted to serve the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 34 by private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.
