The Applicant had approached this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No.915 of 2019. The application was decided on 26/06/2019 and following order was passed: "After hearing for some time, since the court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed for.'

Today I have heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

Even today I have expressed disinclination to grant relief in this application. Learned counsel for the Applicant then prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application as well. 4.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 5.

Considering young age of the Applicant, trial is expedited.
