It is not possible to entertain this Petition since it proceeds fundamentally on a case that certain land records have been, to use the language of the Petition, "forged." That puts the Petition entirely outside the remit of a writ jurisdiction. 2.

It is open to the Petitioner to adopt or pursue any available remedies including applications before the Revenue Authorities. If such an application is made or has already been made, it will be decided at the earliest and, preferably, within eight weeks of that application being made or today, as the case may be. 5th September 2023
