By a reasoned Order dated 21st October 2020 the applicants have been granted interim relief.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submitted that, the statements made by learned Advocate for the applicants and recorded in Order dated 21st October 2020 are true and correct. The Punjab National Bank has infact issued a 'No Dues Certificate'
dated 16th August 2020 in favour of the applicants. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that, the applicants have already settled the matted with the Punjab National Bank and the applicants are considering to approach the said Bank for either withdrawal of the complaint lodged by it or for quashing of First Information Report by adopting appropriate proceedings.

In view of the fact that, the applicants have already paid entire dues of the said Punjab National Bank in furtherance of their One Time Settlement proposal, this Court is of the view that the applicants can be protected by pre-arrest bail.

Hence the following Order :- (i) In the event of arrest in C.R. No. 35 of 2020 registered with Faraskhana Police Station, Pune the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each, with one or two separate local sureties in the like amount.
(ii) Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, till filing of report under Section 173(2) of Criminal Procedure Code. It is needless to mention that, before calling the applicants to the Police Station, the concerned Investigating Officer shall issue a notice in writing to the applicants intimating the date and aforestated time of appearance before him.
(iii)Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.

Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application, Interim Application No. 1277 of 2020 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. by Omkar S.
