No.I-274 of 2020 with Bhiwandi City Police Station is committed in two parts. 2] Applicant is claimed to be the close relative of victim and victim herself before the Sessions Court gave statement that story of the prosecution narrated is not correct. As such, it is informed that Sessions Court has directed to look into the said matter and fresh report to that effect is available.
