Considering the nature of allegation made in para 7(a) to 7(j) of the interim application, it cannot be said that the impugned order made by the Family Court is either in excess of jurisdiction or suffers from any perversity.

That apart, the Marriage Petition No.A-458 of 2012 is now posted for cross-examination of the petitioner. It means that the trial has already been commenced in the matter.

Accordingly, the interests of justice would be met, if the Family Court is directed to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as

In view of the aforesaid, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
