By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 2 years and 170 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 12.02.2014 passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in L.A.R. No. 337 of 2007.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case Sneha Chavan 1/2
