As per office note, notices issued to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 05/01/2023, "Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were not found and Door found locked, after inquiry, the neighbour informed that there is no fixed time of their return.

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware about new addresses of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 by way of substituted service.

- 2 - The Learned Advocate has taken out present Interim Application to serve Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 by way of substituted service. Addresses of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 mentioned in the above notices is same as mentioned in Interim Application and in memo of First Appeal as well as in the Judgment of the Lower Court.

In turn, Interim Application No. 7863 of 2023 (for substituted service) is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), returnable by 06 weeks.
