This is an application seeking expeditious hearing of the second appeal which is of the year 1997. The learned counsel submits that the appellant happens to be a senior citizen. In view of this and in view of the fact that the appeal is of the year 1997 the appeal be added to the final hearing board commencing from 24th February 2020.
