The Registrar (Judicial-I) on 11.10.2018 passed the following order :- "Four weeks time (i.e. 22.11.2018) (excluding vacation) is granted to remove office objection, (i.e. 1) EXHIBITS NOT A TO H NOT SIGNED BY ADVOCATE. 2) THE PHOTO COPIES ANNEXED ARE NOT LEGIBLE I.E. PG. NOS.44 TO 49) failing which registration of WP (Stamp) shall stand refused."

The application is taken out for quashing and setting aside the said order. Perused the said application. We are satisfied that the order passed on 11.10.2018 needs to be quashed and set aside. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that the objections which were pointed out by the Registrar (Judicial-I) in the impugned order would be removed within a period of two weeks from today. Undertaking accepted and impugned order dated 11.10.2018 is quashed and set aside.
