By this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking direction against the Respondent State to decide the application dated 13.03.2015 for allotment of lands being R.S. No.160/2, 3, 4, 5 admeasuring 2H 8R situated at Mouje Uchangaon, Taluka Karveer, District Kolhapur according to law. 3.

The learned A.G.P. for the State submits that application dated 13.03.2015 is rejected by authority by order dated 29.7.2017 / Mohite 1/2

903 wp6630-16.doc 2.8.2017. To that effect, he has placed on record photocopy of the said letter addressed to the petitioner. In view of this fact, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

Liberty granted to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps according to law.
