He has stated that except Shri Kisan Zagade and Ram Narayan Mandal, other flat purchasers may be allowed to withdraw the amounts which are specifically mentioned against their respective names in Table-C which is a part of the report of the

sng caw-1088.17 Registrar (Judicial-I). We accept the report dated 25th May 2017 and direct that requisite amounts shall be transferred to the respective Bank Accounts of the persons named in Table-C (except Shri Kisan Zagade and Ram Narayan Mandal).

Necessary steps be expeditiously taken to disburse the amounts to the concerned persons. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of on above terms.
