Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad for a limited period i.e. from 30th April 2018 to 3rd July 2018 as well as for return of her passport, which is in the custody of the Investigating Officer of the Cuffe Parade Police Station.

Perused the papers. The applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 10th September 2015. One of the condition imposed by this Court was that the applicant shall surrender her passport with the Cuffe 1/3
Parade Police Station and that she will not leave the Country without the permission of this Court. The applicant has deposited a sum of Rs. 7 lakhs in the Registry of this Court as directed by this Court vide order dated 10th September 2015.

It appears that the applicant intends to travel abroad from 30th April 2018 to 3rd July 2018. The applicant was permitted earlier vide orders dated 4th May, 2016 and 10th March 2017 to travel abroad. The applicant has not breached any of the conditions imposed on her. 5.
Accordingly, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad for the period from 30th April 2018 to 3rd July 2018;
(ii) The applicant shall furnish her itinerary, giving details of travel including the addresses and telephone numbers, where she intends to reside, to the concerned Police Station, before leaving the Country; 2/3
(iii) The concerned Police Station shall hand over the passport to the applicant, forthwith;
(iv) The applicant on her return, shall deposit her passport with the concerned Police Station, within one week of her return. 6.
The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
