1] By this civil application the applicant is seeking to declare the order dated 5th March 2014, which is impugned in the petition, to be declared as illegal, bad in law and not binding on the applicants.

2] If one sees the prayer clause in the petition, there also the same relief is sought. As any final relief cannot be granted as interim relief, the civil application is dismissed. The appeal court to proceed with the hearing of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. ( K.R.SHRIRAM, J.)
