Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. As per the directions of this Court, the Committee headed by Hon'ble Shri Justice J.A.Patil (Retired) has submitted a report dated 31st October 2013. The grievance in this application is about the said report. If the State Government initiates any action on the basis of the said report, the applicant can always adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Hence, we dispose of the application by granting liberty to the applicant to adopt appropriate remedy when an occasion to do so arises.
