There is some marginal delay for which explanation has been furnished in paragraph 3. Accordingly, there is sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

3] In view of the aforesaid, the delay is condoned and the applicant is permitted to be brought on record as the legal representative of the deceased petitioner. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 4] Civil application is disposed of.
