DATED : 15th DECEMBER,2015 P.C. :- The Petition is filed for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 224 of 2014 registered with Solapur District Police Station for the offence punishable under section 170, 171, 416, 420, 120B read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The counsel does not dispute that after the completion of the investigation in the said FIR, the charegsheet has already been filed and the matter is kept today in the trial Court for framing of the charge. 2.

Be that as it may, we have gone through the chargesheet. Perusal of the same prima facie discloses commission of the cognizable offence. There is sufficient material to proceed against 1/2

903-wp-1788.2015 the petitioner. In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise powers under writ jurisdiction to quash the proceedings. The writ petition is dismissed.
