Notice was issued to the Respondents vide order dated 17.07.2015. It appears from the office noting that the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are served. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent No.4.

On 15.12.2015, it was noted by this
APPLN 253-15.doc Court, that despite notice, Respondent Nos.1 to 3 had not appeared and adjourned the aforesaid Application beyond vacation, by way of last chance. Today also none appears for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Perused the Application. From the office noting, it appears that the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 have been served.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the delay of 253 days in filing the aforesaid Application (seeking leave to file Appeal), is condoned. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
