These applications were admitted by this Court by order dated 15th July 2009 and interim stay was granted to the proceedings pending before the Lower Court qua the applicant. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant in all these applications has expired on 26th June 2016. Learned advocate for applicant has placed on record the death certificate issued by Sub Registrar (Birth and Death), Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. The death certificate dated 30th June 2016 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that in view of the death of applicant, the applications have become infructuous. The statement is accepted. Accordingly, all these applications are disposed of as infructuous.
