We deem it convenient to dispose of this petition with a direction to the learned Sessions Court, Alibag/Raigad to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Application No. 78 of 2012 as early as possible and preferably within six months from the receipt of the order, if not already disposed of. Ordered accordingly. 3.

We have passed the above order as submissions made in the revision arises out of the discharge application. The same is pending since last three years although the submissions of the petitioners are concluded and revision is pending for the submission of the prosecution.
