The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the applicant has an appointment in the passport office tomorrow. The Applicant is seeking a prayer to renew his passport. 3.

Hence, in the facts of this situation, just as a matter of indulgence the passport authority is directed to consider the application of the applicant for renewal of his passport, in accordance with law. This Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case. 4.
