Heard learned counsel for the parties and learned APP for the State.

Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 18.06.2021 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective Advocates. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Applicants.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:- "A.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR being I-CR. No. 202 of 2021 dated 21.04.2021 registered with Vile Parle Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498(A), 406, 504, 506, 34 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code
