The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will deposit entire outstanding amount as of today along with re-connection charges with the second respondent. We accept the said statement. He states that the amount will be deposited subject to outcome of the appeal which is preferred by the petitioner, if the same is pending.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in this petition. As

wp4827.doc and when the petitioner deposits the entire amount due and payable along with re-connection charges, the second respondent shall forthwith restore the electricity supply to the petitioner which is subject matter of notice at Exhibit-J to the petition.

Writ petition is disposed of on above terms.
