Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Advocate for the applicant submits that now they learnt about the present correct address of respondent no.1 Mr.Chetan Mohanlal Desai. He submits that applicant wants to serve respondent no.1 by private notice. Therefore, it is not necessary for order under Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 for substitute service. In view of these facts, following order is passed:

(A) Applicant is permitted to serve respondent no.1 with copy of Civil Application No.481 of 2015 by private notice either by registered post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect.
