Learned counsel for both the parties have jointly agreed for the following arrangement:- The petitioner would pay the fees demanded by the respondent-school without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner from time to time and to agitate the issue relating to the fees of his son before the Grievance Redressal Committee appointed by the State Government. If the petitioner continues to pay the fees, even in future the respondent would continue to grant access to the online education to the child of the petitioner and continue the access till such amount of fees is paid.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that he will not precipitate the matter so as to tarnish the image of the respondent-school in any manner including involving social media in future. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that son of the 1/2

13_WP2292_21.doc petitioner would follow the rules and regulations of the school while taking education from the respondent-school all through out. Statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

The fees that would be payable by the petitioner would be subject to the outcome of the complaint that would be filed by the petitioner before the Grievance Redressal Committee appointed by the State Government.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
