The respective counsel in the present of the applicants and the respondent, have filed on record the consent terms which are drawn between the parties to the petition. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicants in the presence of the applicants has handed over a Demand Draft of Rs.8 lakhs to the respondent. The same is accepted. The Respondent has signed the consent terms before the Court. The respective parties submit that they would abide by the consent terms filed on record.

In view of this, prayer clause (a) of the Application has become
Mhi 2 APPLN-254-2015.sxw infructuous. There are no proceedings pending between the parties and if there are any, they shall withdraw the same in view of the divorce by mutual consent. Application is allowed in the above terms and stands disposed of.
