1] This is an application for temporary bail for the period of two days for undergoing the procedure of angiography. 2] This Court by an Order dated 18th April 2019 had directed that, the applicant be produced before the concerned hospital i.e. J.J. Hospital on 24th April 2019 for conducting the concerned medical tests. 3] The Medical Officer, Kalyan District Prison, Kalyan, has submitted a medical report dated 25th April 2019. It is stated in the medical report that, the test done on the applicant shows normal study and advised TMT (stress test) and not shown the inducible ischemia. It is further stated that, Coronary Angiography is not advisable.

4] In view thereof, there is no need to release the applicant on temporary bail.

5] Application is, accordingly, disposed off.
