Admittedly, an amount of Rs.3,41,500/- is payable to the 20 Petitioners, who are farmers and whose crops have suffered due to unseasonal hailstorm caused on 26th June, 2014. The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents on instructions states that the said amount of Rs.3,41,500/- shall be disbursed amongst to 20 Petitioners. In view thereof, the Respondents are directed to disburse the said amount of Rs.3,41,500/- amongst the 20 Petitioners within a period of four weeks from today. Upon the said amount of Rs.3,41,500/- being disbursed as directed, the Respondents shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.2 Lacs deposited with this Court, pursuant to the Order dated 20th February, 2019. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
